About the event

On May 23rd at 7PM we will be hosting a special education evening designed for players and coaches to better understand  the importance of pelvic health in female athletes. Alexandra Diggles from Pelviology is a Titled Women’s, Men’s and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with over a decade of experience specifically in women’s health and further qualifications including a Masters in Public Health. Alex will discuss what the pelvic floor is, some common issues and what can be done about it. Working closely with Allsports Physiotherapy, there is a great opportunity to improve performance and address all barriers in your health.

Less than 30% of players and coaches discuss concerns with pelvic health, yet 90% want to know more! Anyone attending can complete this confidential and anonymous survey to work out if you have any concerns prior to our presentation. We can’t wait so see you there. Survey - MyPelvicFloor
