About the event
On May 23rd at 7PM we will be hosting a special education evening designed for players and coaches to better understand  the importance of pelvic health in female athletes. Alexandra Diggles from Pelviology is a Titled Women’s, Men’s and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with over a decade of experience specifically in women’s health and further qualifications including a Masters in Public Health. Alex will discuss what the pelvic floor is, some common issues and what can be done about it. Working closely with Allsports Physiotherapy, there is a great opportunity to improve performance and address all barriers in your health.
