ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026
Notice is hereby given twenty-one days in advance, in accordance with the Morningside Australian Football Club Limited Constitution (Dated 14 September 1994), to the members of the Morningside Australian Football Club Limited of the date for the 2026 Annual General Meeting including the election of the Board of Directors for the 2026 / 2027.

LOCATION: Morningside AFC Function Room
TO: All members of Morningside Australian Football Club Limited
VOTING: Only fully paid ordinary or life members may vote as per their membership category (Rule 31 of the Constitution).

Welcome, attendance and apologies.
Adoption of minutes of previous AGM
Chairmans Report.
Receipt and adoption of the Annual Report for 2025 / 2026 season, including Director Reports.
Receipt and adoption of the Audited Financial Statements for 2025 / 2026.
Election of the Board of Directors for the 2026 / 2027 season, positions of:
Chairman
Director of Finance
Director of Administration, and Board Secretary
Director of Seniors
Director of Juniors
Director of Marketing
Director - General
Life Membership Nominations
Ratification of Senior Committee.
Ratification of Junior Committee.

Audited financials are available at the Club or can be provided via email or posted on request (as per the Corporations Legislation Amendment Act 2007) by contacting the Board Secretary
The Annual Report will be available as hard copies will be available at the AGM.
Any questions relating to the 2025 / 26 financial statement shall be asked at the AGM or in writing by emailing chairman@panthersafc.com.au
